Damian Buckley
Founder of Uphill Athletic Resources in 2017. Damian Buckley enjoyed a successful playing career playing his youth Basketball in NDG, at the infamous Loyola center, Wagar High School and Sun Youth organization. Winning several championships along the way.
Inti Salinas
Born in Arizona, Inti has played basketball all over North America. He would get to Montreal in 2010 where he would play for Dawson College, he was named co-captain his two years there and would eventually get a spot at Concordia University. Prior to Damian’s arrival at Concordia, Inti would lead trainings for his teammates throughout the summers and is where he began his love for teaching the game.
After his playing days, Inti would immediately start coaching at Brébeuf college as lead assistant and head of player development. He coached there 5 years, and won 4 medals (2 silver, 2 bronze) while also being ranked #1 in the country multiple times. The program also sent 7 players to NCAA D1 schools during Inti's tenure at the college.
